The most important and frequently expressed form of information is positional data. This describes the actual motion, and how the limbs of the body are positioned in space. Through motion analysis, both the velocity and acceleration can also be determined. This type of  information is extremely difficult to gather through observation. Motion analysis provides an objective and unbiased vantage point.
